My grandfather smoked his whole life. I was 10 when my mother said to him, "If you want to see your grandchild!en graduate, you must stop smoking!". Tears welled up in his eyes, and he stopped smoking immediately. 3 years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and it destroyed me. My mother said to me, "Dont ever smoke, dont put your family through what your grandfather put us through.". And at age 34, i have never touched a cigarette. I do however feel a slight sense of regret for never smoking, because your stream gave me cancer anyway.
